Jennifer Ficenec

Vice President, Supply Chain & Business Development

Jennifer Ficenec is responsible for leading Business Development and Supply Chain activities on behalf of the GSABC members.  Areas of focus in the Business Development area include Plasma, Resource Sharing and Group Sales.   In the area of supply chain management, Jenny’s role is to identify and implement supply chain initiatives that will help GSABC members improve the management of their supply chains.

Prior to GSABC, Jenny held several positions at Memorial Blood Centers (MBC) including Vice President of Marketing and Customer Operations.  At MBC, she led the administrative and marketing operations of the organization including business development, marketing, finance and accounting, human resources, information systems and facilities management. Prior to MBC, Jenny worked for Chronimed Inc., a specialty pharmacy company, where she held various positions including account manager and project manager for derivative distribution.  Jenny has expertise in managing contracts, enhancing customer relations, creating performance metrics and developing new programs and services.
